Home owners who own a pool often wonder if the pool water from their pool can damage their lawns.
Swimming season will be ending soon and some pool owners drain their above ground pools before winter and may wonder what affect the chlorine in the pool water may have on their lawns. Believe it or not, chlorine is not known to have much of a damaging effect on grass. Grass is selective about what nutrients it allows into its system. Of course, flooding your lawn with pool water isn’t a really good idea either, but giving your grass a good coating won’t hurt it and drain the rest down an approved drainage pipe or into an approved area.
Once the pool is empty, Give us a call we can prepare the soil and install sod so your lawn will look as good as new where the pool once was!
